PRIVACY ACT 1993 STATEMENT
• This application form collects personal information about you.
• This information is required to:
1. Asses your eligibility as a tenant.
2. Collects information which would be provided to a tenant default database or credit bureau if you enter into a tenancy agreement and fail to comply with the terms of that agreement. (A tenant default database records names of the persons who have been found to breach a tenancy agreement or the Residential Tenancies Act 1986 by Tenancy Tribunal).

CONDITIONS OF APPLICATION
1. References are to be attached with this application.
2. The agent / landlord has the right to decline this application if any adverse information surfaces through a BAYCORP CREDIT CHECK and CRIMINAL HISTORY CHECK.
3. The applicant has no objection to the "no pets and no smoking clause" in the tenancy agreement.
4. BOND - A minimum bond amount of three weeks rent is required, the legal maximum is four weeks rent which is sometimes requested.
5. You Passport or Drivers License must be presented for ID, as well as an account with your name and address (e.g. bank statement).
