I can highly recommend Sarah Chang at Circle Group to any potential property investors, she is a 1st rate property manager.  I am relatively new to being a landlord and making the decision on whether to manage my property myself or pay someone else to was a huge decision, especially from a financial prospective, but I certainly made the right choice to use Circle Group and Sarah.  Sarah manages my property as if it was one of her own and I think that is the difference she is also a landlord and therefore understands exactly what I require from a property manager.

The communication is fantastic, the occupancy level has been good and Sarah has worked hard to ensure I am well looked after and the standard of tenants has been excellent.  I would have to say as a first time landlord Sarah has made this experience a pleasure and I would now never consider managing my property myself when I receive such fantastic service.
