We take the stress out of managing your investment. We too are investors so we know and appreciate the importance of having your property correctly managed.



We advertise to find quality tenants for one of your most valuable assets - your investment property. It is crucial that you get the correct tenant in place. Some property management companies will give the perspective tenant the keys and tell them to look for themselves. Others suggest a drive by, we dont do either of these things!

We treat each inquiry personally and arrange individual viewing times for the perspective tenant. This allows us to meet and  evaluate them. It also give us the opportunity to present your property and handle any potential objections face to face.  We then do full background checks including credit checks and character references from past landlords.

We make sure all the paperwork is done, bonds are collected and lodged. We have the latest software so we are able to check daily to ensure your rent is paid in full on time.

We believe that managing a property on your behalf is a privilege and we treat it as a customer service. This means looking after and communicating with tenants as well as landlords.
